Before We Begin
How Travel Advisors Are Compensated
As a travel advisor, I’m compensated in two ways: through planning and support fees paid by you, and commissions from travel partners. While commissions help, they are only paid after travel is completed and do not reflect the time, expertise, and personalized care invested in planning and supporting your trip. That’s why I charge an upfront fee—to ensure you receive the dedicated service and attention you deserve from the very beginning.
Complete the Client Inquiry Form:
Start by filling out the Client Inquiry Form to share your travel preferences, must-haves, and dream destination ideas. This helps me understand your travel style and the kind of experience you’re looking to create.
Schedule a Discovery Session:
Book a complimentary consultation to discuss your travel vision and expectations. We'll explore your ideal getaway while determining if my approach aligns with what you're seeking as a traveler ready for new adventures.
Settle the Travel Design Investment:
To begin planning, a non-refundable Travel Design Planning Fee is required—starting at $79. This investment reflects the time, research, and personalized attention that goes into curating your proposal.

This fee ensures we start the process with intention, aligning your expectations with expert support and real results.
Secure the Booking Agreement:
Once your proposal is approved and you’re ready to move forward, a concierge-level guidance fee will be added to your trip deposit to secure your booking agreement. This fee covers itinerary coordination, booking management, payment tracking, travel reminders, and full support before and during your trip—so you can travel with peace of mind. This fee will be outlined in your proposal.
Receive a Seamless Travel Experience:
From here, I'll handle all bookings, logistics, and trip details, ensuring your travel experience is effortless, elevated, and perfectly aligned with your vision.
